Rylee Trenholm
Equine Assisted Learning Assistant & Lesson Coach
My name is Rylee Trenholm, and I grew up in Chetwynd with a lifelong passion for horses. I’ve been riding and working with them for as long as I can remember. While I love competing, I am equally drawn to the therapeutic benefits that horses offer, both to people and to myself. Horses have had a profound impact on my life and continue to open up incredible opportunities.
I believe the Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) program offers a unique and valuable experience for our community. It creates a supportive environment that motivates, challenges, and inspires individuals, all while fostering personal growth.
Alongside my deep passion for horses, I’ve always been passionate about helping others. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of this program, where I can contribute to creating a positive and healthy social space for youth in our community. I enjoy sharing my perspective on personal growth, setting goals, and achieving them, and I’m excited to help young people navigate life’s challenges.
The day-to-day activities in the program not only teach valuable life skills but also help young people build confidence as they transition through different stages of life. I am looking forward to being part of a team that fosters a positive, growth-oriented experience for everyone involved.
