This program utilizes the same research-based methods that enhance emotional well-being and improve behaviors, but through the powerful lens of equine interaction.

Our Youth Counselling Program offers compassionate, confidential support for young individuals aged 7 through 18, delivered virtually for convenience and comfort from home. This program is designed to assist youth facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-confidence struggles, poor coping mechanisms, boundary issues, gender identity concerns, adjustment difficulties, and some trauma.
